[公告]蓝狗应用发布指南（试行）

    在发布前，请先阅读此指南，帮助我们共同保持应用发布板块的整洁高效，同时使您的优秀应用获得更多关注。
    指南中重要的部分进行了加粗处理，请您特别关注。

蓝狗应用发布指南 1.0 [20180811]

1 发布格式

1.1 发布帖子时，贴子标题、应用名称必须与DLL内的应用名称相同，不要添加其他说明性文字、特殊字符、版本号等。说明性文字、团队名称请写在发帖栏的介绍内。
如：
√ 正确 每日签到
√ 正确 爱音乐
× 错误 XX娱乐插件，娱乐，查询等一体化强大插件
× 错误 哼唱识别 1.5

1.2 更新应用时，请尽量通过编辑帖子的方式更新，如果贴子无法编辑，也可补充内容或发布新贴，版主/管理会将您的同应用旧版本帖子移动到存档板块留存。应用请尽量直接上传社区提供下载，不要链接到其他论坛、QQ群。如果应用较大，无法直接上传，也可使用网盘存放。

1.3 若发现错误的发布格式，社区团队将会尽力协助修改并进行提醒。对于无法修改、多次提醒后仍使用错误格式的情况，社区团队可能采取关闭回复或归档应用的措施。


2 限制行为

2.1 禁止在任何地方发布或使用违反法律的应用（相关公告）。一经发现，社区团队将直接删除应用、停用相关账号，并配合公安机关调查取证。

2.2 禁止在任何地方发布或使用下列类别的应用。一经发现，社区团队将直接删除应用、停用相关账号：
  2.2.1 主打批量发送功能的应用
  2.2.2 主打定时发送功能的应用
  2.2.3 用于广告发送的应用
  2.2.4 违反社会道德规范的应用（如骂人应用等）

2.3 对于下列不违反 2.1 及 2.2 条，但包含风险功能的应用，社区团队可能会视情况采取关闭回复、归档应用或删除应用的措施：
  2.3.1 采集、发送影视链接
  2.3.2 好友点赞、邀请加群
  2.3.3 购物商品推荐
  2.3.4 涉及收发红包功能
  2.3.5 涉及漏洞利用

2.4 不要在社区发布下列类别的应用。一经发现，社区团队将关闭回复或删除应用。
  2.4.1 在应用所发消息中包含广告、推广性质信息的应用。

2.5 不推荐在社区发布需加群授权/推广/积分使用类的应用。在明确注明使用限制的情况下，此类应用可以发布，但社区团队将关闭回复。（请阅读详细公告）
